Welcome to BlackFin CrossFit!

 

How To Get Started: 

1.  Give us a call, send an email, or stop by to schedule your intro fitness session!  This is a one on one session designed to give you an understanding of our program as well as answer any of your questions about our gym, or "box" as it's called in the CrossFit world.  After we explain our program, you will be put through our beginner WOD.  At the end, you will be able to compare times and see what level of fitness you are currently at, compared to other CrossFitters.

 

2.  After the intro session, we will discuss which membership package works best for you and get you started on the On-Ramp program.
