BlackFin CrossFit
Olympic Lifting

 

 

 

Standard Oly

This program is designed as a supplement to your current CrossFit membership. Time will be spent working technique and strength training for the Oly Lifts. With improvement in these very complex movements, you should begin to see overall performance gains in the CF gym. More effeciency means better fitness.

Memberships are 3 month contracts - 2 days per week, $40/month.

Barbell Club


This program will be designed to work towards a specific date to attend a weightlifting meet and set some PRs! We will work technique and strength similar to the Standard Oly, but with much more volume. This program is for those who wish to compete in Olympic lifting meets.

4-5 days per week - $60/month
