How do I get started?

Our next session begins on Wednesday, July 6th.

Our OnRamp program is a course that will teach you the Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Fundamental movements that our program requires.  We also discuss your goals and inform you on proper nutrition.  

New On-Ramp sessions begin the 1st Monday of the month.  Each class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00 pm for 12 sessions.  You must complete this program in order to be eligible for regular class attendance.  Upon completion of the OnRamp classes, you can then join any group class sessions that fit your schedule.   

We offer a variety of Membership options to fit your goals.  All memberships are considered Unlimited, meaning there is no limit on the number of CrossFit classes attended in the month.
