CrossFit has changed my life!  When I started CrossFit I was at 265lbs and desperately wanted to lose 20lbs to take pressure of my knees.  I tore my ACL, PCL, and MCL in my left knee and the excess weight caused pain when I would run, squat, or lift.  After a year of running on a treadmill and lifting weights, I would lose 5 pounds and then gain them back.  Then I was introduced to CrossFit.  After learning about proper technique and how to fuel my body properly the excess weight and pain begin to disappear.  Since I have started CrossFit I have lost 45lbs while dramatically increasing my strength.  If you are ready for a life changing experience give me a call.

Until one experiences Crossfit, they can never understand the term "FIT".  No other form of exercise can do for you what Crossfit does.  Realizing that I was considerably overweight and in very poor conditional shape, I decided to give it a go.  Since October 2009, I have made incredible changes in my life.
