What is CrossFit?

4 Steps to Success!


Step 1: Call or stop by so one of our coaches can talk with you about some of you goals, concerns, etc.?  Bring some workout clothes and we will put you through a free workout.

Step 2: Sign up for our 12 class on ramp program. This program is to get the new athletes up to the same speed as athletes attending our regular classes. The last class will include a test on the movements that our taught by are coaches.  If you pass the test you will be invited to join our regular class. If we decide you still are not up to speed with the movements, we will recommend some one on one training with one of our Coaches. 

Step 3:Sign up to attend our regular classes. We offer a couple different packages to help suit everyone's needs.

Step 4: Be prepared to bust your ass and give it 100%. Getting to elite athlete status is not easy but extremely worth it.
